Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:
In this critical role, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals in delivering outstanding care to our residents. Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in ensuring that every individual receives the highest standard of care, tailored to their unique needs and preferences. As a Regional Healthcare Professional, you will be responsible for:
• Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans that meet the diverse needs of our residents.
• Supervising and mentoring junior staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional care.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to identify and address any emerging issues or concerns.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this challenging and rewarding role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
• A current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN).
• A teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification.
• Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of key regulatory frameworks, including the safe administration of medicines, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines, and NMC standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
• Proven track record of producing high-quality care plans and detailed risk assessments.
