Senior Home Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Home Care Assistant to join our award-winning team at The Great Care Company in York. As a mentor and supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care services to our clients across York, Easingwold, and Thirsk.

About the Role
  • Deliver exceptional personal, social, and domestic care services to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Mentor and supervise Home Care Assistants to ensure they adhere to our high standards.
  • Work closely with the office team to maintain and improve our care standards.
Requirements
  • National Vocation Qualification Level 3 (NVQ 3) or Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a domiciliary care environment, preferably 2 years.
  • A full driving license with access to your own vehicle.
