AWE Plc is seeking a skilled Control Systems Trainer to join our team. As a member of our Skills Academy, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for control and instrumentation apprentices.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in an engineering environment, with proven presentation and communication skills. A teaching/training background is not required, but subject area training will be provided to the successful candidate.

This role offers a competitive salary of £45,250 - £46,000 per annum, depending on your suitability and level of experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including time off to recharge, flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for professional development.

In addition to your technical expertise, you should have good influencing skills to ensure the appropriate learning opportunities and development of individuals. You will work as part of a team to ensure that defined company and national contracted requirements for development are met.

As a member of our team, you will undertake a CRB check and have the ability and affinity for working with a diverse range of people and grades across the business, particularly young people. You must also be willing and able to obtain and maintain the security clearance required for the role.
