About the Role

This position is ideal for individuals with military experience and/or military spouses/children looking to transition into the private sector. Key Responsibilities

  1. Establish and maintain a culture of safety and well-being within the team.
  2. Analyze and implement changes to maintain high quality and productivity levels.
  3. Oversee projects to streamline processes, optimize productivity, and improve quality of service for customers within your area of responsibility.
  4. Analyze shift performance against relevant business objectives and implement actions to improve operational excellence.
  5. Collaborate with management-level colleagues to standardize shift practices.

A Day in the Life

You will work on a shift pattern at one of our sites, focusing on making it as productive as possible. Your main responsibility will be to own and drive a culture of safety and uphold quality and shift performance standards. You will also oversee process improvements within your area and drive implementation. The team is the foundation of our business, and its efforts have helped us diversify across new regions and services. With the help of emerging technology, we're always looking for ways to offer a bigger, better product range - delivered quickly and affordably.

Our Team

The CF team is the first point of contact that helps customers receive products at the speed we're known for. We're based in Fulfillment Centres, which are at the heart of Amazon's fast-paced Operations network. We help manage dynamic inventory and facilitate speedy deliveries round the clock.

Requirements

  1. A degree
  2. Relevant experience in people management
  3. Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership
  4. Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions
  5. Written and spoken English language skills

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience working with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen techniques
  2. AR Experience Recommended
  3. Experience working in another logistics environment
  4. Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
