Job Title: National Site Manager

This role involves leading the operations of a national organisation from our Bristol office, driving growth, and contributing to the overall success of the business.

About the Role:
  • Lead site management operations with experience in commercial maintenance, preferably.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of profit and loss statements and operational backgrounds.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the compilation of building contracts alongside development agreements.
  • Prepare tender documentation for submission to contractors and analyse returns.
  • Collaborate with senior surveying staff in delivering project manager instructions and employer's agent instructions.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of JCT building contracts and construction processes.
  • Ensure effective project delivery through robust construction techniques and processes.
