Are you a motivated and enthusiastic maths teacher looking for a new challenge? We are currently seeking a skilled educator to join our team as a GCSE maths teacher at Runshaw College.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your teaching skills, work with a talented team, and contribute to the academic success of our students.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in mathematics or a related field, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), and significant experience teaching GCSE maths to students of varying abilities.

Compensation: Up to £37,705 p.a. (FTE Up to £47,131 p.a.) - pay award pending

About the Position:

  • Teach GCSE maths to students using innovative and engaging teaching methods
  • Develop and implement curriculum-aligned lesson plans that cater to different learning styles
  • Provide regular feedback and assessments to students to monitor progress

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching GCSE maths
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Fixed term until June 2025
