We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Assistant to join our team at RIBBONS AND REEVES in Richmond. As a Mental Health Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the mental health and wellbeing of our students.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and close-knit school community, collaborating with teachers and SENDCo to implement strategies that address individual learning requirements. You will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our students, helping them to develop essential life skills and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tailored assistance to support pupils' mental health needs, working closely with students on a one-to-one and small group basis.
  • Support pupils' learning and personal development, improving their communication and social skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers and SENDCo to implement strategies that address individual learning requirements.
Requirements
  • A competitive daily rate of £96-105.
  • A permanent PAYE contract.

Estimated Salary: £22,000 - £24,500 per annum (dependent on experience).
