About the Role

This exciting opportunity exists for a skilled and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our care team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and care to our residents, while also supervising and motivating a team of Care Assistants.

Your duties will include supporting the clinical team in specific areas such as medication management, assessments, and care reviews. You will also have the opportunity to develop your career through ongoing training and development opportunities.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. A warm and compassionate approach is essential, as you will be working closely with residents and their families to deliver individualised care and support.
