Support Worker Role

We are looking for a caring and empathetic support worker to join our team at one of our care homes. As a support worker, you will play a key role in providing individualized support and assistance to our residents.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily living activities, providing support and companionship to our residents.
  • Follow care plans and ensure that each resident receives the highest standard of care.
  • Provide one-to-one time for residents, promoting social interaction and building relationships.
About You

To be successful as a support worker, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 months experience of caring for older people.
  • Excellent communication skills and a warm-hearted approach.
  • The ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
Salary: £19,500 - £24,000 per annumBenefits:
