About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Crooton, where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. You will also support the clinical team in specific areas, such as medication, assessments, care plans, or care reviews.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. You should also have knowledge of clinical care for the elderly and be warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to giving each resident individualised care and support.
You will have the opportunity to develop your career through ongoing training opportunities, so there's no limit to how far you can go. Many of our Senior Care Assistants progress into Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing roles.
Compensation Package:
In return for your dedication, you'll receive a competitive rate of pay, which is approximately £14.29 per hour based on the location, plus our sector-leading benefits and rewards package including:
