We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Server to join our team at Zuma Restaurants.

Our ideal candidate will be a hardworking and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
  • Manage tables efficiently, taking orders and serving food and beverages in a timely manner.
  • Upsell and promote menu items, wine, and other beverages to increase sales and revenue.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage products, including wine and cocktails.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
