Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Server to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Greet and seat guests, taking orders and serving food and beverages
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages
  • Manage tables and ensure a seamless dining experience for guests
  • Upsell and promote our menu and services to guests
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple tables
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our menu, services, and promotions

Requirements

  • Experience in a luxury restaurant or hotel environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
