Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our Installation Centre team at our state-of-the-art headquarters in Barton-Upon-Humber. As part of our team, you will be responsible for creating award-winning customer experiences.
Your main day-to-day duties will include:
- Proactively resolving customer queries and issues through various channels of communication.
- Taking ownership of each customer contact to provide the best resolution.
- Providing all Wren customers with an exceptional and inspirational experience.
- Demonstrating empathy and clear understanding when liaising with customers in a professional manner.
- Identifying and reporting on processes that could result in a poor customer experience.
- Providing customer support to our Wren Approved Installers based in the field.
- Making responsible and creative decisions when resolving customer queries.
