- Reservation Management: Manage all incoming reservations, including checking in and checking out guests, handling room blocks, groups, and tours, and ensuring accurate information is input in Opera.
- Upselling and Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and increase revenue, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Operational Efficiency: Ensure the smooth operation of the front desk, including managing complex situations, handling guest queries, and working under pressure.
- Experience: Previous experience in a hotel environment, preferably with Accor.
- Skills: Opera Cloud knowledge, leadership skills, ability to handle complex situations, and excellent communication skills.
