ROLE: Trade Branch Manager

Join the Eurocell Group PLC team as a Trade Branch Manager and take on a challenging role that will see you leading a team of sales professionals in a site-based environment.

As a Trade Branch Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our trade customers.

With a strong focus on sales and customer relationships, you will be expected to develop and implement sales strategies that meet and exceed targets.

You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they are equipped to meet their sales targets.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a market-leading company in the uPVC products industry, with a strong reputation for quality and customer service.

As a Trade Branch Manager, you will be expected to work closely with other departments, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets

* Manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they are equipped to meet their sales targets

* Work closely with other departments, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of sales and customer service

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade customers, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities

* Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform sales strategies and improve customer service

* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities to improve sales and customer service
