Job Title: Trade Branch Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trade Branch Manager to join our team at Eurocell Group PLC.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team of sales professionals, ensuring the branch operates effectively, and developing relationships with customers to enhance the sales and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a small team of sales professionals
  • Ensure the branch operates as effectively as possible
  • Develop relationships with customers and enhance the sales and customer experience
  • Manage day-to-day branch operations and the branch team
  • Support the regional teams with recruitment
  • Provide exceptional customer service and operational standards
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Hands-on leadership skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Experience in a similar management role, ideally in a trade or retail environment
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to drive sales and maximize margins
  • A full and valid driving license
