About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Assessor to join our team at Gaia Recruitment. As a Clinical Assessor, you will play a crucial role in evaluating the medical needs of our clients and providing expert opinions to support their benefit claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients to determine their medical needs and eligibility for benefits
  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive reports of client assessments
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure seamless client care
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in clinical assessment and evaluation
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant healthcare field (e.g. nursing, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, paramedicine)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a patient-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
