About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed clinician to join our team as a Clinical Assessor in Reading. As a Clinical Assessor, you will play a vital role in assessing customers and creating written reports that will inform decisions on support for individuals. Our customers report a high level of satisfaction with the assessment process, and we are committed to providing industry-leading training to ensure our assessors are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess customers and create written reports that inform decisions on support
  • Work closely with customers to understand their clinical needs and develop a comprehensive assessment plan
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain and enhance clinical skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • One year's post-registration experience as an RGN/RMN/RNLD or Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy
  • Computer or IT skills are essential
  • Typing or keyboard skills with an ability to type at 40 words per minute
