Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the operational aspects of our school sites, including acting as our Health and Safety Manager.



Key Responsibilities


  • Oversight of school site operations, including health and safety management
  • Development and implementation of operational policies and procedures
  • Collaboration with school teams to ensure effective service delivery
  • Assessment and mitigation of operational risks


Requirements

Candidates must have a strong background in operations management, with experience in health and safety management and policy development.
