About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Reablement Service team in Hampshire. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for leading holistic assessments of Reablement need and planning interventions to support service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead holistic assessments of Reablement need and plan interventions to support service users
  • Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality services
  • Contribute to service development and innovation, ensuring the delivery of excellent standards of practice
  • Support the development of staff, including Advanced Practitioners, Consultants, and Lead Occupational Therapists
  • Participate in the four pillars of professional practice, facilitation of learning, leadership and education, research & development

Requirements:

  • Experience in Occupational Therapy, with a focus on Reablement and service development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team
  • Ability to lead and manage complex projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality services
  • Knowledge of the four pillars of professional practice, facilitation of learning, leadership and education, research & development
