Procurement Specialist

Join the prestigious procurement team at the Royal Household/Buckingham Palace and shape the future of its infrastructure. As the Procurement Lead, you will be instrumental in managing contracts and spend allocated to maintaining historic buildings that showcase the Royal Collection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contracts and spend for maintaining historic buildings
- Organize and plan procurements for goods, services, and projects across the organization
- Advise internal stakeholders on best practice and value for money
- Collaborate with the Finance team to plan and prioritize procurement activity and projects
- Maintain Contract Management Systems and ensure due diligence, reviews, and renewals are programmed into the procurement pipeline
Requirements:
- Full membership of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (MCIPS)
- Completed the Government Commercial Function's Transforming Public Procurement training via the Government's Commercial College
- Experience of reviewing contracts and e-tendering software
- Highly organized, resourceful, adaptable, and confident managing a varied portfolio of procurements
