About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Innserve Ltd. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for supporting purchasing activities to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the procurement team in sourcing and purchasing goods and services from approved suppliers and service providers.
  • Drive cost reduction initiatives and contribute to overall budget management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
  • Ensure optimisation of company assets to fully and continually satisfy customers' and end users' requirements.

Requirements

  • A degree-level education or equivalent is ideal.
  • A proven track record of achieving results, preferably in a supply chain, buying or procurement environment.
  • Proven communication skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Detailed knowledge of the procurement process and be able to demonstrate good negotiation and influencing skills.
  • A full UK driving licence allowing would be ideal as there will be occasions when you'll need to travel to visit suppliers.
