Amentum offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum to successful candidates. We are seeking an experienced Nuclear Procurement Specialist to join our team in the UK.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in the nuclear sector with Amentum. As a Nuclear Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing the technical and quality aspects of our clients' spares and equipment catalogue.

  • Develop procurement specifications in conjunction with technical specialists and buyers.
  • Maintain compliance with all required standards and arrangements applicable to the specification of plant spares and services.
  • Assist in resolving Quality and Technical problems.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their requirements and provide advice and input on procurement engineering training and support.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Educated to minimum HNC level in an engineering discipline.
  • Sound working knowledge of technical and quality assurance arrangements.
  • Knowledge of standards applicable to the procurement of spare parts allied to good commercial awareness.
