Job Summary:

This role is critical in ensuring the timely and efficient procurement of equipment, parts, and materials necessary for product assembly and customization. The Procurement Manager will develop and execute procurement strategies in alignment with the company's strategic objectives, ensuring smooth production operations and supply chain continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company goals and values.
  2. Identify reliable suppliers, negotiate favorable terms, and establish strong relationships to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality product parts.

Commercial and Contract Management:

  1. Draft, review, and negotiate supplier contracts to ensure favorable terms.
  2. Implement regular supplier performance reviews, focusing on quality, delivery times, and cost-effectiveness.
  3. Collaborate on solutions to improve procurement processes and customer outcomes.
  4. Negotiate competitive pricing and favorable contract terms.
  5. Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for supply chain risks.
  6. Maintain and update the approved supplier database based on performance audits.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  1. Use data analytics to monitor key procurement and inventory KPIs.
  2. Identify areas for improvement using data-driven solutions.
  3. Present regular procurement reports on spend analysis, supplier performance, and cost savings.
