Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales and Service Representative who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment in our stores. As a Retail Ambassador, you will be responsible for guiding customers through our product offerings, providing personalized recommendations, and ensuring that every customer leaves our store feeling satisfied and valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Use this knowledge to make personalized recommendations to customers, ensuring that they find the perfect product to meet their needs.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring that our stores are always visually appealing and well-organized.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest products, trends, and sales techniques.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
