Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Retail Ambassador to join our team at a leading Diamond and Jewellery company. As a Retail Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring every client's in-store experience and across their communication channels are seamless and personal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage non-sales appointments: Re-sizes, collections, issues, pick-ups, annual services, ring cleaning, and other post-purchase client appointments.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, conduct informative workshop tours, and showcase our craftsmanship and bespoke manufacturing.
  • Process payments and transactions: Ensure a smooth transactional experience for clients, including processing payments and sending pay links.
  • Handle returns and inventory management: Process returns efficiently, provide packets and assistance as needed, and assist with processing diamonds and managing incoming inventory.
  • Support stock management: Re-tag and assist with the audit process to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Liaise with sales and customer care teams: Collaborate with teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and maintain the front-of-house appearance.

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the high-end retail or hospitality sector.
  • Organizational skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication skills: Exceptional communication and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and be detail and solution-oriented.
  • CRM systems and communication channels: Familiarity with CRM systems and communication channels.
  • Brand values: Accountable to upholding our brand values and enhancing the customer journey at every touch point.
