We are seeking a talented and skilled Bartender to join our team at Angus Steakhouse, an iconic restaurant brand located in the heart of London's West End. With over 50 years of experience in providing exceptional service and high-quality cuisine, we have become a renowned destination for steak enthusiasts and visitors alike.

Salary: Our competitive hourly rate includes £15.94 per hour, plus a raise to £16.14 after probation, inclusive of tronc.

Job Description:

As a Bartender at Angus Steakhouse, you will be responsible for crafting delicious cocktails, providing exceptional service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You will work closely with our service team to ensure smooth operations and maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization behind the bar area.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages
  • Engage with guests to provide recommendations and ensure their satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar area
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels and stock rotation
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and alcohol laws
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Bartender or mixologist in a high-volume bar
  • Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
