Care and Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Support Worker for Mental Health Services to join our Lifeway's Group team in Huddersfield.
As a key member of our Mental Health Recovery Support team, you will provide critical support for clients to live independently. You will need an understanding of mental health needs, excellent communication skills, and good IT skills to succeed in this role.
This is a 25 hour per week role on a rota basis with shifts including days, evenings, sleep ins, and weekends. The estimated salary for this role is £23,000 per annum, making it an attractive option for those looking to make a difference in their community.
