We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team in the Mountain Ash area. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from concept to delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing project plans, including project scope, timeline, and budget.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop solutions.
- Leading project teams to deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a project manager in a fast-moving manufacturing environment.
- HNC/Degree in a relevant discipline or Project Management Qualification.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
