Staff Nurse

Our Trust is seeking an exceptional Nurse to join our dynamic team in the Emergency Department. As a Band 5 Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient flows.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have experience within emergency care or acute medical services, with a passion for delivering safe, high standards of care. Excellent communication skills and organisation are essential, as well as a commitment to ongoing professional development.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop leadership skills, clinical expertise, and knowledge base within the Emergency Services Directorate. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to sustain and improve patient pathways, ensuring excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care in line with Trust policies and procedures
- Contribute to the efficient management of patient flows through the hospital
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient care
Essential qualifications include registration as a Nurse with the NMC and venepuncture competency. Previous SDEC experience is desirable but not essential. Flexible working arrangements can be discussed to suit your needs.
