**Job Title:** Export Control Manager

**Salary:** £50,000 - £57,000

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Export Control Manager to lead and manage our company's export compliance program.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Be the 'go to' person for export control matters, understanding key programme deliverables and export regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective export compliance strategies to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure export control compliance in all business activities.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on export control procedures and regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate export control risks.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in export control management, preferably in the aerospace and defence industry.
  • Strong knowledge of export regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
