Role Overview

This role involves leading our Platform/SRE team and IT team, developing the strategy for the platform, and owning the delivery and practices of the platform team. You'll be responsible for managing a group of senior engineers, supporting them in their career growth and performance, and working closely with counterparts in product, experience, and wider engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of management experience, prior experience in platform, security, tooling, infrastructure, devops or SRE space, and knowledge of security best practices. A passion for coaching and mentoring people, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to constantly changing circumstances are also essential.

Salary: £110,000 - £140,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This includes a competitive compensation package (base + equity) with reviews every 8 months, flexibility, and a clear progression plan.

Location

We're a globally distributed team, with a hybrid approach to work. If you live in London, you'll have the option to spend one day a week or more in our beautiful office, while those outside of London can participate in regular in-person meetings.
