We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our Kier M&E team on a new project in the MEP sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project delivery from initial bid stage to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Meet company objectives post-contract, driving business growth and excellence.
- Contribute to pre-contract requirements, focusing on customer satisfaction and business development.
Project Management:
- Identify and manage project risks, implementing effective mitigation measures to ensure project success.
- Manage procurement and delivery of subcontractor and supplier packages, ensuring compliance with project quality management procedures.
- Oversee the MEP delivery team, including QA, design, procurement, commercial, installation, commissioning, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Implement and comply with Kier's SHE policy, procedures, legal requirements, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Previous Project Management experience within the Construction industry, preferably in the MEP sector.
- A sound knowledge and technical understanding of MEP systems, including design, installation, and commissioning.
- Commercially and Contractually aware, with experience in managing project finances and contracts.
- The ability to lead a team and drive a project forward, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
