Financial Services Expertise Lead

About the Job:

We are looking for a highly skilled Financial Services Expertise Lead to join our team and drive business growth in international markets. As a key player, you will be responsible for overseeing complex client projects, leveraging deep business and technology expertise to address opportunities and challenges across clients' organizations.

With a competitive salary of £110,000 - £140,000 per annum, you'll enjoy flexible work options, strong CSR commitment, and a barrier-free team with a vibrant people culture.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leverage industry knowledge and experience to develop service propositions, drive sales, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-level clients in the investment and technology sector to position Wavestone as the preferred provider of relevant services.
  • Oversee complex client projects to deliver maximum value for the client across the Wealth & Asset Management or Banking sectors.

Requirements:

  • Solid foundations in consulting skills with significant experience in external client-facing consulting or equivalent roles within the wealth and asset management sector.
  • Proven track record of selling consulting services (account planning, pitching to clients, proposals, value proposition development).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization, experience in managing and leading teams, developing and coaching the wider consulting team.
