About the Job:

We are looking for a highly organised and skilled Admin Officer to join our team at Brook Street. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and strong communication skills.

The role involves following set procedures, exercising independent judgment and performing a range of administrative tasks, including collating and analysing complex information, overseeing administrative procedures and preparing routine correspondence.

  • Responsibilities will include collating and analysing fairly complex information or data, submitting results in a written report.
  • Key duties will involve overseeing administrative procedures and processes.
  • If required, the successful candidate may also assist with budget preparation and control.
  • As an administrative liaison, they will act as a point of contact with internal and/or external sources.
  • Routine correspondence will also be prepared.

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
