We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused individual to support our Compliance team with administrative duties, including arranging meetings, planning assessment visits, and managing compliance central email accounts.

The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask with ease. They will be responsible for diary management, coordination of compliance meetings, and maintaining monitoring systems.

A salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in supporting our Compliance team to ensure safe, high-quality care every time.

**Job Description**

This role offers a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and knowledge in compliance and administration within a dynamic healthcare environment.

You will work closely with the Compliance team to provide administrative support, including:

  • Managing generic compliance email accounts, reviewing contents, and responding where necessary.
  • Scheduling and coordinating compliance meetings, preparing agendas, and taking accurate minutes.
  • Maintaining monitoring systems, databases, and intranet pages.
