We are seeking an experienced Global Supplier Compliance Engineer to join our team at Hologic, Inc. Based in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, United Kingdom.

Job Summary

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for supplier compliance. You will be responsible for ensuring suppliers meet all regulatory and quality standards.

**Estimated Salary:** £65,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies for supplier compliance.
  • Conduct technical reviews on suppliers to assess their capability to manufacture high-quality materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define and approve PPAP requirements for new and revised purchased parts.
  • Work closely with suppliers to exceed 'fit, form, and function' and reliability requirements.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or microbiology.
  • ASQ Supplier Quality Engineer Certificate.
  • Project Management Techniques.
  • Major Medical Device Regulations.
