Job Summary:
Proactive Global is seeking a seasoned Senior Electrical/Electronic Engineer to join its engineering team. This exciting opportunity involves designing and developing electrical and electronic circuitry to support the company's manufacturing and systems development processes.

About the Position:
As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for leading electrical designs for new equipment, creating and managing electrical designs, providing electronic design support to our Custom Engineering team, liaising with subcontract suppliers of electrical components, supporting existing electrical equipment, and collaborating with other members of the Innovation and Engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have a degree (or equivalent) in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, significant experience of power electronic designs, fault-finding of electrical and electronic circuitry, strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent team player skills, a willingness to travel and adapt to changing work requirements, attention to detail, and a quality-driven mentality.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement electrical designs for new equipment
* Manage and maintain electrical designs
* Provide technical support to the Custom Engineering team
* Coordinate with subcontract suppliers of electrical components
* Assist in maintaining existing electrical equipment
* Collaborate with the Innovation and Engineering teams

Requirements:
* Degree (or equivalent) in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
* Significant experience of power electronic designs
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent team player skills
* Willingness to travel and adapt to changing work requirements
* Attention to detail and a quality-driven mentality
* Familiarity with EPlan Electrical software
