Senior Electronics Design Role in Cancer Instrumentation

We are seeking a Senior Electronics Design Specialist to contribute to the development of new Cancer Instrumentation devices, based in South Cambridge. The successful candidate will work on a wide range of electronics design tasks, including power electronics, digital/analogue electronics, RF, and complex fields such as thermal, motion control, and electro-mechanical or electro-medical devices.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within the Medical Devices sector adhering to ISO 13485 or EN 60601 standards. In addition to their technical skills, they will be able to communicate effectively with the team and provide innovative solutions to complex problems.

A competitive starting salary of £60,000-£75,000 per year is offered, along with bonuses, pension benefits, healthcare coverage, dental benefits, and other perks typically associated with blue-chip companies.

The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with the development team to ensure timely completion of projects, and will be encouraged to suggest new ideas and improvements to existing processes.
