Job Overview

Eden Futures is seeking a Service Manager to lead our Supported Living Services in Newark. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day leadership and support to ensure the highest quality of service delivery.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of staff in delivering person-centered care and support to service users.
  • Develop and implement effective risk assessments and safety protocols to safeguard service users.
  • Collaborate with the training team to ensure staff receive necessary training and development opportunities.
  • Recruit and select new staff, ensuring they meet the company's values and culture.
  • Work closely with external agencies, such as Adult Social Care and Health, to ensure effective partnership working.

Requirements

  • Strong supervisory skills and ability to support and develop a team.
  • Minimum Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care.
  • Previous experience in a Supported Living or Residential service, preferably with adults with Learning Disabilities or Mental Health conditions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding role.
