Main Responsibilities
- Lead a team of support staff to deliver high-quality support services to service users.
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of service users.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.

Requirements
- Minimum Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care.
- Proven experience in a supported living or residential service.
