Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive commercial growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase sales.
- Coach and train colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge, and provide regular feedback to support their development.
- Recruit, select, and develop a high-performing team that reflects our values and behaviours.
- Make informed decisions about stock availability, merchandising, and visual displays to maximize sales and customer engagement.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including District and Regional Managers, to gain a deeper understanding of the business and identify opportunities for growth.
The Ideal Candidate
- You'll be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
- You'll have experience in a retail environment, with a strong understanding of commercial growth strategies and customer satisfaction metrics.
