We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team at our Furniture Shop in Llantwit Major. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing the shop floor, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of retail staff to provide a world-class shopping experience for customers.
- Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage the shop floor, including visual merchandising, stock management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
- Represent the British Red Cross in a professional manner and embody our core values.
- Proven retail management experience, with a track record of delivering sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
- Passion for the British Red Cross mission and values, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
