We're seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our fashion store team in Barry. As a key member of our team, you will support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store and take full responsibility in their absence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximise sales through physical and digital channels
  • Inspire and support staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey
  • Contribute towards the success of the store by achieving retail standards

Our stores are fast-paced and trade 7 days a week, requiring flexibility from our store teams to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis. Due to the volume of donations, it can be physically demanding at times, yet most rewarding as you play a part in helping to fund life-saving research.
