Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Database and Systems Analyst to join our team at Eames Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and designing databases and systems for our clients in the insurance and pensions industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop databases and systems for large-scale projects in the insurance and pensions industry
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including database design and solution documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide subject matter expertise in insurance and pensions administration systems
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in database and system design

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience as a Database and Systems Analyst on large projects in the insurance, claim processing, or pensions industry
  • Excellent working knowledge of relational databases and SQL skills
  • Subject matter expertise in insurance and/or pensions administration systems
  • Strong technical skills in producing solution documentation, including database design
  • Experience in development and support of financial services/insurance applications
  • Proficiency in Power BI, PowerApps, Azure Data-Warehouse, and Equisoft
