About the Role:

As Director, Sales - FSI, you will be responsible for driving Contentsquare's growth in the UK by expanding our Financial Services Institution (FSI) customer base. Your main objective will be to develop and execute a robust sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to accelerate Contentsquare's growth in the UK.
  • Lead and coach a high-performing sales team to consistently exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders within the company, including Marketing, Customer Success, and Partner teams.
  • Conduct industry research and analysis to fine-tune Contentsquare's go-to-market strategy for the region.
  • Establish and implement a strategic business plan to expand Contentsquare's customer base and presence in the market.
  • Implement a hands-on sales approach to reach new logo targets and build strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Identify opportunities in the market based on customer feedback and team insights.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in hiring and managing a high-performing enterprise sales team.
  • B2B Enterprise SaaS experience, ideally within FSI.
  • Coaching Excellence: mentor and coach team members to support continued development and enhance the skills of the team.
  • Demonstrated experience and success in working in cross-functional teams and geographies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to be the face of Contentsquare for internal and external events.
