We are seeking an experienced Comms Advisor to join our team at Pontoon on an interim basis. The successful candidate will have a strong background in internal communications, with a proven track record of developing and delivering outcome-focused comms plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Create high-quality communication and engagement materials for use across a range of local channels, including visually engaging PowerPoint decks and written communications for SharePoint and newsletters.
- Understand audience segmentation and apply the principles to our audience groups with a particular focus on field colleagues.
- Business partner experience
- Strong writing skills
- Demonstrable ability to develop and deliver outcome-focused comms plans
- Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills
- Digitally literate with practical experience of using and developing systems like SharePoint and Content Management Systems
