Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Property Administrator to join our team in Guildford. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring client requirements are met, and maintaining accurate records. You'll also contribute to the success of our business by meeting key performance indicators and providing excellent customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in the real estate industry and develop your skills and knowledge in property administration.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in property administration or a similar field (not essential).

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of £24k-£26k per annum, depending on experience, plus an annual discretionary bonus. You'll also enjoy two days' remote working per week after initial training and access to our comprehensive training programme.
