Property Management Specialist

The role of Property Administrator at Tate is to effectively manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring the requirements of clients are delivered in accordance with agreed service level agreements. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask and possess strong organisational skills.
About the Role
This Property Administrator position is based in Guildford and involves managing a portfolio of properties. A property administration background isn't essential, but can be beneficial. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, meeting key performance indicators, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring client requirements are met in line with agreed service level agreements.
- Demonstrate appropriate controls to ensure the customer is at the heart of everything you do.
- Maintain accurate manual and computer records for each property, in line with company procedures and client requirements.
- Ensure key performance indicators are met in relation to price achieved, time to sell, percentage under offer, and stock turnover.
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and third parties in a professional manner.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in property administration or a similar field would be beneficial. As this role involves working with sensitive information, discretion and confidentiality are essential.
