In this position, you will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications. You will design, develop, and implement system solutions that enhance operational efficiency and meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- System Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement system solutions that enhance operational efficiency and meet business needs.
- Analysis and Optimization: Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and identify opportunities for improvement or optimisation.
- Integration and Deployment: Lead the integration of new technologies and systems into the bank's existing architecture.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise and guidance on system-related issues to other team members.
- Documentation and Testing: Develop and maintain system documentation, including requirements, design, and user manuals. Perform system testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet established standards.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Skills: Strong understanding of banking systems, operations, and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in systems analysis and design, with experience in both structured and object-oriented analysis methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Desirable Skills: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong M365 & Azure Knowledge.
